Returns and Refunds
We understand that issues may arise, and we're committed to resolving them promptly and fairly. Non-Receipt of Order Confirmation: If payment is deducted but no order confirmation is received, customers must notify us via email within 48 hrs. We will initiate a refund within 10 business days upon receipt of the funds. If the funds have not been received, customers should contact their bank. Order Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded within 5 business days. Order Cancellation After Shipping: Customers must return the order at their own expense. Once received, we will assess the condition and initiate a refund within 10 business days. Damaged Items: Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. We will assess the damage and initiate a full refund if caused by our packing or shipping errors. If the damage is determined to be caused by the customer or carrier, we cannot offer a refund. Please note: We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damaged items.
